Paula Carloss

Paula Carloss, CPA, CA, is the Americas Region Head of Finance Operations. Paula's career includes roles such as Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Manager at Arup from 2020 to 2023, and prior experiences as a Senior Accountant at parker simone LLP (2016-2017) and a Financial Analyst at The Guarantee Company of North America (2010). Paula also worked at eHealth Ontario as an Accounts Payable Analyst in 2012 and held positions at RBC Capital Markets as a Fixed Income Derivative Operations Reconciliation Officer in 2011. Paula earned both a Master of Accounting and an Honours Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo, completing studies in 2012.
