Peter Harrington

Peter Harrington is an Associate Fellow with the Building State Capability Programme at Harvard University, where they focus on adaptive methods and leadership in policy and development. Formerly, they served as the Head of Growth, Energy & Markets at Oxford Policy Management and held various roles advising on governance and infrastructure projects in Liberia. Peter has contributed to research and initiatives surrounding human rights, security, and energy across several organizations, including Demos and Citizens Against Terror. They are currently the Global Leader for International Development at Arup, emphasizing sustainable development in emerging markets. Peter is pursuing advanced degrees in public administration and regenerative economics while holding a BA in Social Anthropology and a diploma in Arabic.
