Rachel Byrne

Rachel Byrne is an Associate Director in People & Organisation at Arup, where they focus on enhancing HR capabilities within the infrastructure sector. With a strategic background in HR and extensive experience across major engineering organizations, Rachel has contributed to numerous transformations, including performance turnarounds and culture change initiatives. They previously held leadership roles at Balfour Beatty, BT, and Rolls-Royce, among others. Rachel earned a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University, and is currently engaged in further studies at CIPD, Nottingham Trent.
