Renee Smith

Renee Smith is an experienced transport planning professional currently serving as an Associate and Senior Transport Planner at Arup since August 2018. Previously, Renee held key roles including Cluster Venue Transport Manager at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation and Program Lead for the GC2018 Transport System Readiness at the City of Gold Coast. Additional experience includes positions as Manager of Active Transport at Cardno, Sustainable Transport Officer at the City of Perth, and Project Manager for the London Travel Awareness Team, where work focused on transport planning initiatives for Transport for London's Workplace Travel Planning Package. Renee's career began as a Transport Planner at Horizons Regional Council. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Massey University and studies at Campion College in Gisborne.
