Richard Stokes

Richard Stokes is a Sustainability Team Leader at Arup, where they lead the sustainability team in Victoria, focusing on decarbonisation, buildings, communities, infrastructure, and policy. Previously, Richard has held roles such as Technical Lead and Board Member for the Australian Passive House Association, and Senior Sustainable Building Design Consultant at Arup. They began their career as a Commissioning Technician at Carron Engineering and Construction and served as a Sustainability Consultant at Umow Lai and Hoare Lea. Richard holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, and Environmental Design from Nottingham University.
