Ricky Tsui holds a B.Sc. degree in engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a Ph.D. in science from the University of Cambridge. With a career spanning twenty years in high technology research, product development, and management, they served as a senior consultant at the Hong Kong Productivity Council before joining Arup in 2008, where they currently lead R&D and the corporate university. Ricky has received multiple awards for machinery and process design, including the "Knowledge Management Leadership Award" in 2014, and has driven significant innovations within the engineering sector, particularly through the establishment of the Shenzhen Digital Acceleration Hub. They also serve as a Board Director at Neuron Operations Limited.
