Robert Vine

Robert Vine is an experienced Structural Engineer currently working at Arup since October 2022, following a six-month secondment to Sir Robert McAlpine as a Package Manager, where Robert contributed to the Reading, Station Hill Phase II project. Prior to this, Robert held various roles, including Graduate Structural Engineer and Structural Intern at Sir Robert McAlpine and BuroHappold Engineering, respectively, where responsibilities included structural appraisals and detailed design work. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Site Engineer in Zambia with Sport In Action and serving as a Student Ambassador at the University of Bath, where Robert earned a First Class MEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering with a year-long work placement. Robert's background also features experience as a Swimming Teacher, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
