Ross Newcombe is an accomplished maritime engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various companies. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Global Skills Leader for Maritime at Arup since August 2013, Ross currently provides technical advisory for the Marine works component of the Port of Melbourne port capacity project.
