Rupert Gibson

Rupert Gibson is an Associate Director within Arup’s Specialist Structural Mechanical team, where they focus on advanced non-linear Finite Element Analysis. With extensive experience in engineering simulations applied to infrastructure, buildings, and large storage tanks, Rupert has successfully managed complex projects for prestigious clients. Prior to joining Arup, Rupert worked as a Senior Engineer at LUSAS for over 11 years, honing a flexible approach across various engineering disciplines. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master of Science in Finite Element Method from Cranfield University.
