Service Analyst (service Automation)

Ryan Maddock is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a Service Analyst focused on service automation at Arup since January 2020, Ryan has held multiple roles within the organization, including a Senior IT Analyst in the Global Service Desk, where responsibilities included management and support of ServiceNow components. Previous experience includes providing second-line support for over 60,000 staff at HM Revenue & Customs, and serving as an IT Service Support Officer at the Homes and Communities Agency, where support extended to both internal and external clients. Ryan began his career as an Apprentice IT Service Support Officer, acquiring a solid foundation in IT systems and networking through QA Apprenticeships from 2013 to 2016.
