Samantha Lee

Samantha Lee is the OLE Skills Lead at Arup, with a focus on leading the OLE design team in Melbourne and currently working on the Western Program Alliance since February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at SNC-Lavalin from April 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed OCS design and project management for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project. Samantha's earlier tenure at SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit (formerly Interfleet) from October 2012 to April 2017 involved supporting the development of the new Electrification and Plant team while training junior engineers in OCS design. Previously, at Jacobs from July 2007 to October 2012, Samantha operated as a Traction Design Engineer, managing key projects and providing technical support during construction phases. Academic qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and an MSc in Professional Engineering from the University of Derby.
