Scott Russell

Scott Russell serves as the Managing Director for the Americas at Arup, a position held since April 2022, where leadership involves collaboration with professionals to positively impact communities. Prior to Arup, Scott was a Vice President at HNTB, leading the Central Division's sales, marketing, and business development efforts from December 1999 to May 2017, and achieved significant sales successes. Throughout a tenure at AECOM from December 2011 to February 2016, Scott held several key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for the U.S. West, focusing on project delivery and client relations, as well as District Business Line Manager, where a turnaround strategy was implemented to improve organizational performance. Scott holds a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Management Consulting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
