Sean Davis is a Senior Structural Engineer at Arup in Newcastle, with extensive experience leading innovative practices across residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational projects. They previously held the position of Principal Structural Engineer at Wardell Armstrong LLP and have worked for several engineering firms, including Fairhurst and AKT II. Sean possesses a strong appreciation for historic structures and sustainability, and has co-created the Heard This? podcast in 2022 alongside Lee Cromwell. Additionally, they remain involved as a volunteer for Sofar Sounds since 2016 and engage in writing music journalism and short stories. Sean holds two Master of Engineering degrees in Architectural Engineering from the University of Leeds and Drexel University.
