Shaun Bell

Shaun Bell is an accomplished Digital Learning Service Leader in Digital Technology at Arup, with extensive experience since November 2012 in managing user interactions and delivering blended learning solutions. This role encompasses conducting training needs analyses, designing and delivering training sessions, organizing webinars, and creating user-facing content, while also advocating for digital tools to enhance user experience. Prior to Arup, Shaun served as an IT Trainer at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, where customized training materials were developed, and as an Associate Trainer at Convergys, focusing on training new hires and providing ongoing education for existing staff.
