Sheri Ryan-Soderlund

Sheri Ryan-Soderlund is a global talent management and HR professional with over 20 years of expertise in expatriate management, HR solutions, and cross-cultural integration. Currently serving as the Global Mobility Leader for the Americas Region at Arup, Sheri has previously held leadership positions at Graebel Companies, Inc., Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd, and Deloitte, where they have made significant contributions to global mobility strategies and initiatives. Sheri's career began in the late 1990s with Unilever, and they have worked in over 50 countries, passionately advocating for cross-cultural collaboration and fostering meaningful connections in today’s interconnected workplace. With a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for animal advocacy, Sheri also shares knowledge as a former professor of International Business Management at St. Clair College.
