Shermane Tan possesses a rich background in both engineering and leadership roles. Experience includes serving as the Industry Insights 2022 Participants Welfare Associate, Junior Associate, General Assembly Director, and Council Policy & Strategy Co-Director (UK) at the International Council of Malaysian Scholars and Associates from February 2022 to March 2023. Shermane is currently a Façade Engineer at Arup since July 2025 and has also worked as a Data Specialist at the World Intellectual Property Organization in late 2024.
