Simon M.

Simon M. is an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager currently serving as the Nuclear Energy Business Lead for Canada at Arup. With a background in mechanical engineering and project management, Simon has contributed to major nuclear power station projects worldwide, overseeing all phases of infrastructure project development, design consulting, and strategic asset management. Previously, Simon held senior engineering roles at SNC-Lavalin and Atkins, where they managed complex projects and led multi-disciplinary teams. Simon holds a Master of Engineering in Power Generation from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from James Cook University. They are a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and a member of the Association for Project Management.
