Sophie Brown

Sophie Brown is a seasoned professional in risk and safety engineering with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Consultant at Arup since December 2018, Sophie previously held positions as Risk Consultant at the same company and as a Safety Engineer at ODE – DORIS Group Company from November 2017 to November 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Stryker, a Safety and Risk Engineer at DNV GL, and a Summer Intern - Process Engineer at Novartis. Sophie holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (MEng) from Newcastle University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Fire and Explosion Engineering from the University of Leeds.
