Stephanie Welch

Stephanie Welch currently serves as the London Office Leader and Head of Workplace and Facilities Management (FM) at Arup, a position held since April 2018. In this role, Stephanie focuses on employee safety and wellbeing, promoting collaborative environments, and enhancing the London office's functions while prioritizing social value and community engagement. With a comprehensive background that includes overseeing strategic functions such as business continuity, service management, and project management, Stephanie also actively contributes to the development of the WFM industry as a judge for IWFM awards and a member of the Workplace Advisory board. Prior to joining Arup, experience includes Deputy Head of FM at Ove Arup & Partners International Limited and Facilities & Office Manager at 7TH SENSE SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Roehampton.
