Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook has extensive experience in urban energy and planning, currently serving as the Director of the UK Urban Energy business at Arup since January 2005. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Associate Director and Planning and Environment Manager at Bechtel Corporation from December 1996 to December 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Town Planning from UCL (1994-1996) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies - Urban Studies from Bowdoin College (1986-1991), complementing a high school diploma from Wayland High School in Massachusetts (1982-1986).
