Stephen Scanlon

Stephen Scanlon is currently a Principal Project Manager at Arup, overseeing Programme & Project Management advisory services in the South West of England, with 11 years of NEC experience in the UK. They are the Deputy Project Management Lead on a joint venture between Arup and Binnies, working on the South East Strategic Reservoir Option for Thames Water.
