Stephen Wiggins is an experienced geospatial professional currently serving as the London Geospatial Lead and Senior Geospatial Consultant at Arup since August 2018. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at Network Rail from January 2015 to August 2018, including Geospatial Analytics Manager and Senior Analyst. Stephen's career began at Carter Jonas as a Mapping Technician from November 2012 to January 2015, after which a role as GIS Surveyor at UKPipeline Ltd from June 2011 to July 2012 involved working on major pipeline infrastructure projects. Stephen also contributed as an IT Support/Information Assistant at the Citizens Advice Bureau in early 2011. Academically, Stephen holds an MSc in Geography/GIS and a BSc (Hons) in Geographical Information Science from the University of Portsmouth.
