Steven Lloyd

Steven Lloyd is a seasoned professional in the fields of ESG and sustainable investment advisory, currently serving at Arup since 2002 in various leadership roles, including ESG & Sustainable Investment Advisory and Board Director at Arup Corporate Finance Ltd. In 2007, Steven was instrumental in diversifying Arup's services, gaining approval from the Financial Conduct Authority to offer Regulated Corporate Finance Advice. Steven has also led the management consulting division, focusing on strategy and finance while advising institutional investors on ESG integration and climate risk mitigation. As Global Leader of Transaction Advice, Steven established a prominent advisory capability in infrastructure and real estate, positioning Arup as a market leader. Additionally, in a partnership with the World Economic Forum, Steven contributes to global discussions on infrastructure and climate resilience. Prior to Arup, Steven was a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, where expertise in corporate finance was developed. Educational background includes advanced studies at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and MIT Sloan School of Management, among others.
