Stuart Hardy is a Geotechnical Engineer with a strong passion for integrated geotechnical and structural design, focusing on providing optimal technical and economic solutions for clients. They completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Soil Mechanics at Imperial College London from 1999 to 2003. Stuart began their career as a graduate geotechnical engineer at Mott MacDonald from 2003 to 2006, contributing to major projects such as Wembley Stadium and Heathrow T5C. They then held the position of Associate Director at Arup from 2021 to 2024, where they led the geotechnical design for various prominent projects. Currently, Stuart serves as the Technical Leader for Geotechnical at Laing O'Rourke.
