Stuart Millis

Stuart Millis is an Engineering Geologist and Associate Director at Arup, leading the Engineering Geology Team in the Hong Kong office since 2005. With considerable experience in engineering geology, hydrogeology, and geotechnical engineering, they specialize in ground condition assessment for major civil engineering projects and geohazard assessment. Previously, Stuart held roles as a Senior Engineer at CM Wong & Associates and a Graduate Engineering Geologist at Halcrow China Limited, and they have also worked as an Engineering Geologist at Wardell Armstrong. Stuart earned a BSc in Applied Geology from the University of Staffordshire and an MSc in Engineering Geology.
