Susan Cargill

Susan Cargill is currently the Director at Arup, specializing in Programme and Project Management within the Advisory Services sector. They began their career in the British Army, achieving the rank of Major and gaining extensive leadership experience in Operations Planning and Project Management from 1998 to 2008, with notable service in Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Cargill transitioned to a role as Senior Project Manager at Heathrow from 2008 to 2014, leading multi-million projects tied to strategic initiatives, before joining Arup as an Associate and later as Associate Director from 2014 to 2018. Cargill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Stirling, completed in 1996.
