Thomas Packer

Thomas Packer is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in power systems engineering and lighting design. Since October 2018, Thomas has been working as an Associate Principal at Arup. Prior to this role, Thomas served as the Electrical Department Head and Electrical Project Manager at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. from June 2015 to October 2018. Thomas began a career in electrical engineering at Shah Smith & Associates, where employment lasted from 2009 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power and Controls, obtained from the University of Houston between 2004 and 2009.
