Tim B. is currently the Director and Global Head of Finance Transformation and Systems at Arup, where they lead the delivery of the Finance Leadership Team’s priority initiatives and oversee a global finance vision and transformation program. Previously, Tim held various senior positions, including Finance Operations and Transformation at Virgin Media O2, and Vice President of Finance Operations & Transformation at Travelport, where they implemented significant cost-saving measures and drove transformational programs. Tim has extensive experience in leading finance operations, enterprise risk management, and delivering strategic transformations within complex organizations. They studied Business Studies and Finance at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
