Tom Corcut

Tom Corcut is an Associate Director at Arup, where they lead a team overseeing the GB gas and electricity markets, monitoring trends and compliance with market rules. Since 2022, Tom has also worked as a freelance Energy Expert and Economist. Prior to their current roles, they served as Deputy Director of Wholesale Markets at Ofgem from 2019 to 2022 and held the position of Head of Market Intelligence and Oversight. Tom holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, which they completed in 2002.
