Tom Etchells

Tom Etchells is a seasoned risk and compliance professional currently serving as the Group Risk Business Partner at Arup, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they held leadership roles such as Risk and Compliance Director at Battersea Power Station and Head of Risk and Assurance at Heathrow. Tom's extensive experience includes managerial positions in governance, compliance, and risk management across sectors including banking and housing, with a strong emphasis on regulatory reporting and internal audits. They completed a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Economics, and Sociology from The Open University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Business Systems from the University of the West of England.
