Tom Phillips is a Chartered Process Engineer with a Master’s degree in Engineering and extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently, Tom works as a Senior Energy Engineer at Arup, focusing on innovative solutions for carbon capture and hydrogen storage. Previously, Tom held various roles within KBR, including Regional Lead and Technical Professional, contributing to significant environmental initiatives and advanced process engineering projects. Early in their career, Tom gained foundational experience through internships at Amec Foster Wheeler and BP, where they engaged in hydraulics calculations and support for process design teams. Tom's commitment to teamwork and problem-solving drives their passion for advancing the energy transition.
