Tom Whitworth

Tom Whitworth is a Senior Water Engineer at Arup, where they have been working since 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Flood Risk Consultant at Metis Consultants Ltd and held various roles at HSBC, including Mortgage and Customer Service Specialist and Financial Planning Manager. Between 2011 and 2013, Tom was a Mortgage Advisor at Barclays and earlier worked as a Flood and Coastal Risk Management Officer at the Environment Agency from 2013 to 2015. Tom earned a Foundation Degree in River and Coastal Engineering from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Meteorology from Reading University.
