Tomo Kimura

Tomo Kimura is the Senior Vice President at ZettaJoule, Inc. and serves as an APAC Advisory Council Member at Arup. Previously, they held several significant roles at the Asian Development Bank from 2017 to 2024, including Director General of the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department, where they prepared long-term corporate strategies and managed relationships with stakeholders. Earlier in their career, Tomo worked at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation from 1994 to 2000 as Deputy Director in both the Development Policy and South Asia Divisions. Tomo holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kyoto University.
