Troy Halliburton

Troy Halliburton, PE, is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Arup since July 2017, specializing in mechanical system assessment, load analysis, energy modeling, and ventilation design, with a focus on healthcare projects. Previously, Troy owned Twin Turf Properties, LLC, from March 2013 to June 2017, completing home renovation projects with a 20 percent ROI. Additionally, Troy worked as an Office Engineer at Hensel Phelps from May 2015 to August 2016, contributing to the New Austin Central Library project. Starting as a young entrepreneur, Troy founded Twin Turf Irrigation in June 2008, obtaining an irrigation design and installation license at the age of 13. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering - Honors and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
