Verity Neale

Verity Neale is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organisational development and change management. Beginning as an HR Administrator at Volvo from January 2007 to January 2011, Verity advanced to the BBC, serving as both HR Advisor and HR Business Partner from January 2011 to August 2013, where key contributions included partnering with senior management on cultural change and employee engagement. After joining Arup in January 2016 as an HR Business Partner, Verity transitioned to the role of Organisation Development Consultant in October 2018, continuing to drive strategic HR initiatives. Verity holds a 2:1 degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2006, and attended Kings High School for Girls in Warwick from 1995 to 2002.
