Wayne Middleton

Wayne Middleton is an experienced leader in project management and water business development, currently serving as the Australasian Water Business Leader at Arup since August 2022. Prior to this role, Wayne held multiple positions at Seqwater, including Manager of Water Security Direction and Principal Project Manager, overseeing a $40M annual capital delivery program. Wayne's previous experience includes serving as CEO of Geoimage Pty Ltd, where responsibility included strategy implementation and financial growth, and as National Business Development and Strategy Manager at MWH, leading major water infrastructure projects. Earlier roles at MWH included Queensland State Manager and Group Manager for Water Planning and Policy. Wayne began his career as Capital Works Program Manager at Southern Water. Eduacted at the University of Southern Queensland, Wayne holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Agricultural Engineering.
