Yen Wu is a civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and university-level instruction. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica and a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Yen Wu served as a Non-Destructive Testing Research Assistant for Condition Assessment of Civil Infrastructure at the University of Waterloo from 2009 to 2011. Following this role, Yen Wu worked as a Civil Engineering Lecturer specializing in Structures at UW Dubai for a short period in late 2011. Prior experience includes positions as a Project Engineer specializing in Structures at Camacho & Mora, Ingenieros Consultores from February 2006 to August 2009, and at Arup from 2014 to 2021, where Yen Wu progressed from Structural Engineer to Associate and ultimately to Associate Principal in the Bridges & Civil Structures division.
