Yulia Muscat

Yulia Muscat is a strategic leader specializing in process improvement, change management, and building high-performing teams, with a strong passion for sustainability and technical excellence. Currently, Yulia serves as the Head of External Reporting and Financial Accounting for the Americas at Arup, having previously held various roles, including Senior Accounting Manager and Associate Principal. Yulia's earlier experience includes managerial and senior positions at EY, spanning assurance services and accounting. Yulia holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation and has pursued additional studies in sustainability and professional accounting certifications.
