Brandy Serrano, M.S., MB (ASCP)cm, is the Group Manager of Integrated Oncology and Genetics at ARUP Laboratories, where they oversee multiple clinical laboratories. Brandy has extensive experience in genetic testing, having held positions ranging from Senior Technologist to Technical Supervisor at ARUP Laboratories from 2004 to 2019. They earned a Master’s degree in Molecular Pathology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Texas Tech University. Brandy has played a key role in managing laboratory workflows, training staff, and implementing new testing protocols throughout their career.
