Blood Workflow Coordinator

Candace Thomas is an accomplished author, writer, and speaker with a publishing career that began in April 2013, featuring works such as "Vivatera," which won the League of Utah Writers Diamond Award for Best Novel of the Year in 2013, and subsequent titles in the series, as well as other diverse genres including poetry and romantic comedy. In addition to writing, Candace serves as the Blood Workflow Coordinator at ARUP Laboratories since April 2002, where responsibilities include coordinating laboratory functions and writing standard operating procedures for the Blood Bank at the University of Utah Hospital. Candace also holds the position of Marketing Chair with the League of Utah Writers, an organization dedicated to promoting literacy and community among Utah's writers.
