Jonathan Carr

Jonathan Carr is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, compliance, and civil litigation. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance, Quality, Privacy & Risk at ARUP Laboratories since December 2012, Jonathan is well-versed in contracts, licensing, patents, and trademarks. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Beytin, McLaughlin, McLaughlin, Bolin & Willers, P.A., focusing on civil litigation defense in medical malpractice and professional negligence cases, as well as roles in intellectual property analysis and judicial law clerking. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Intellectual Property Law from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Brigham Young University.
