Rick Panning

Rick Panning is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in laboratory services and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at ARUP Laboratories since January 2021, Panning has also held prominent roles including Senior Administrative Director for Laboratory Services at HealthPartners/Park Nicollet and Vice President at Fairview Health Services and Allina Hospitals & Clinics. Panning's leadership experience spans overseeing multiple hospitals and clinics, strategic business development, and significant contributions to clinical services. Notably, Panning has been involved with the American Red Cross as CEO of the North Central region and has held board positions with CLSI and the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science. Panning holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Metro State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
