Firefighter / Paramedic at Arvada Fire

Daniel Salerno has extensive experience in emergency response and fire protection, currently serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Arvada Fire Protection District since December 2018 and as a Paramedic at Flagstaff Medical Center Inc since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Daniel was a Hotshot Wildland Firefighter with the US Forest Service from February 2015 to January 2017 and a Crew Boss for a Veterans Fire Crew at Conservation Legacy, focusing on wildfire mitigation and team development. Daniel's earlier career included a role as a Home Mortgage Consultant and Assistant Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, alongside a tenure in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Sergeant. Academically, Daniel holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences/Paramedicine from Coconino Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Criminology from Colorado State University.
