Andrew Dowden

Andrew Dowden has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as Change and Release Service Lead at Arvato UK since April 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Change, Release, and Service Management for government client services. Previously, Andrew held roles as ICT Project Manager at Arvato, leading projects for the Department for Transport, and as Lead Solution Architect at Everything Everywhere Ltd, focusing on data centre rationalisation. A long tenure at Orange encompassed various positions, including Director of Content Services Design & Development, where management of a multi-million Euro budget and mobile multimedia service delivery was key. Andrew's career began at Vodafone as a Graduate Engineer, developing software for network components. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
