Ian Berg

Ian Berg is an accomplished HR and Payroll Solutions Architect with extensive experience in transformational change, organizational development, and project management across various industries. Currently serving at arvato UK & Ireland since October 2012, Ian has been instrumental in major shared services outsourcing and transformation programs for central government. Previous roles include significant positions at Logica, Hewden, HSS, GSH, London 2012, and Celestica, where Ian facilitated HR strategies, organizational improvements, and international expansions. Educationally, Ian holds a B.A. (Hons) in Behavioural Sciences & Organisational Change from Bangor University and furthered studies at INSEAD.
