Mathew Copp

Mathew Copp is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in public sector management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for ArvatoConnect since January 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of client accounts across various Central Government departments, building effective relationships with stakeholders, and managing a team of 180 professionals in delivering back office services. Previous roles include site and operations director positions with a focus on finance, HR, payroll, and procurement services, alongside senior management of significant payment transactions for the Department for Transport. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in Strategy and Procurement from the University of South Wales.
