Alexander Dockham

Alexander Dockham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexander currently works at Arvig as a Network Operations Center Technician II, where they assist teams in deploying support resources and manages change management notifications. Prior to this, Alexander worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Pomeroy, providing technical assistance to resolve issues. Alexander also has experience as a Technical Support Analyst at Atos, where they assisted store employees in troubleshooting equipment and improved knowledge articles for the helpdesk. Additionally, Alexander served as a Communication Assistant at Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) and as a Literacy Tutor at Minnesota Reading Corps, where they worked with students and helped improve their reading skills.

Alexander Dockham pursued their education at Alexandria Technical and Community College. From 2011 to 2020, they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in General Studies. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2021, they focused on Information Technology and obtained a degree in Cybersecurity, Virtualization, and Networking.
