Peter Malanga

Peter Malanga is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. As Vice President of Finance at Gennao Bio, Peter was instrumental in establishing finance and accounting systems, managing budgets, and forecasting cash flow for a pre-IPO startup. Subsequently, at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Peter advanced to the roles of Vice President, Senior Director, and Executive Director of Global FP&A, where responsibilities included leading financial planning and analysis for a $500 million budget, mentoring a global team, and implementing cost-control measures that resulted in substantial savings. Currently serving as Vice President of FP&A at Arvinas, Peter holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University.
