Kat Barnes is a results-focused professional with over 18 years of experience in financial accounting. Currently serving as a Global Process Owner for Record to Report at Arxada, Kat has a proven track record in designing and implementing improved operating processes. Previously, they worked as a Business Process Analyst at Capita, where they developed business process maps for the SAP Hana implementation, and held various managerial roles at Inmarsat, including overseeing Purchase to Pay and leading the Management Accounting team. Additionally, Kat was the Group Head of Systems and Processes at Synamedia, where they played a key role in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementation.
