Rui Chen

Rui Chen, Ph.D., is currently the BD & Marketing Director for APAC at Arxada, a role they began in 2025. With a strong background in marketing management within the chemical industry, Rui previously served as Sr. Marketing Manager at Merck Life Science from 2021 to 2025, where they were responsible for revenue growth and customer engagement initiatives. Prior to that, Rui gained experience in various roles, including application development and R&D at leading companies such as Chemours and DuPont China. Rui holds an MBA in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of New South Wales.
